Six-year-old Wilms Tumour sufferer Indie-Rose’s Wish was to visit the snow, so Make A Wish decided there’s no better place to do that than at the stunning surrounds of Queenstown.
She had never experienced the snow before and was itching to experience a snowball fight and make snow angels. Indie’s parents are very proud of how incredibly resilient their daughter is and her strength was evident in the way she made most of her time over six days in New Zealand’s adventure capital.
During her stay with her parents Indie-Rose did snowshoeing, visited the 5 ice bar, went horse riding, snow tubing and finished her stay with a gondola ride and dinner with a view!
Indie’s parents conveyed to Make A Wish that the Queenstown trip has been the best experience their girl has experienced throughout her treatment.
